Each document is immediately sorted and logged into our system with a barcode. This means that each document can be tracked throughout the scanning process and easily retrieved at any time.

Preparation
Documents are prepared for scanning with the removal of paper clips and staples. We also get rid of creases that would make the document difficult to read.

Scan
Documents are scanned using state-of-the-art technology that produces high-resolution images. Throughout the process, our technicians monitor the quality of each scanned image.

Index
Each document is indexed using the schema that you have provided, whether it be a file name, number, or special code. In this way, documents are easily retrieved in a manner that is intuitive to your workflow.

Quality Control
Documents are then reviewed again for quality-control purposes. Our technician flags anything that doesn’t meet our imaging standards, and those documents are rescanned to ensure quality.

Upload
Scanned documents are then securely uploaded to your document management system. We can provide documents in any format. We can also work with you to create a management system, if you don’t have one.

Security
Once you have received and approved the digital documents, the hard copies are destroyed to prevent any compromise of your sensitive data. However, we can also return any original files at your request.
